Western Sydney Bible School sets no formal entry requirements for students, other than the confession of faith in Christ Jesus as their personal Saviour. Western Sydney Bible School is primarily intended to equip and encourage believers, although evangelism is both encouraged and engaged in by staff and students. Western Sydney Bible School is inter-denominational and non-profit. The school exists to promote and proclaim the Word of God for no other reason than the glory of God Himself. Western Sydney Bible School has no other associated activities or ministries. Western Sydney Bible School is purely a teaching ministry.
Western Sydney Bible School is presently affiliated with New Tribes Mission [Australia]. Successful completion of Western Sydney Bible School courses will allow entry into the missionary training programmes of New Tribes Mission. Western Sydney Bible School is not presently otherwise accredited with any public or private agencies or associations. This is a deliberate choice, intended to allow flexibility in our programmes and independence from possible constraints arising from such connections.
Western Sydney Bible School has its own reference library facility, containing numerous commentaries, Biblical studies, lexical materials, and theological resources of various kinds. As much as possible, all of our titles are from a conservative, evangelical perspective. Students are welcome to make use of the library in preparing their assignments or for background studies.
Western Sydney Bible School provides presentation and graduation ceremonies when appropriate, encouraging but not expecting students to undertake formal assessments. The management committee of Western Sydney Bible School meets regularly for the purpose of prayer and planning.
